You can permanently delete your Tally account and all of the data associated with it at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what gets removed.
If you can’t access the app, email us from the address on your account and we’ll delete it for you, typically within a few days and no later than 30 days:
Send to support@tallyapplications.com with the subject “Delete my account” and include your account email so we can verify it’s you.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you’d like to keep a copy of your diary first, open Tally → Profile → Data & backup → Export before you delete.
We remove your personal account data as described above. We may retain limited records we are legally required to keep — for example, billing and tax records held by our payment processors (Stripe, Apple, or Google) — for the period required by law. These contain no food-diary or health data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
