Tally

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Tally (“Tally,” “we,” “us”) — operated by Tally Applications, LLC — collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Tally is a nutrition and calorie tracking app. We built it to be private by design: your food diary is yours, and we never sell your data or use it for advertising.

1. Information we collect

2. How we use your information

3. What we do not do

4. Service providers

We use trusted third parties to operate Tally. They process data only on our behalf, to provide their service, under their own terms:

5. Data storage & security

Your data is stored on Supabase and Cloudflare infrastructure, encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, with access limited to operating the service. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

6. Data retention

We keep your account and diary data while your account is active. You can export your data at any time from within the app, and you can request deletion (see below).

7. Your rights & choices

8. Health data

Nutrition and body metrics are sensitive. We handle them only to run the app for you, and never for advertising. If we later integrate Apple Health or Google Health Connect, we will do so only with your explicit permission and in line with their requirements.

9. Children

Tally is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

10. International users

Tally is operated from the United States, and your information may be processed there.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
