We want Tally to feel fair. This policy explains how our free trial, billing, and refunds work.
Every subscription starts with a 5-day free trial. You choose a plan and add a card when you sign up, but you are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime before then and you pay nothing. That is your no-risk way to decide whether Tally is right for you.
On top of the free trial, if you are charged and then cancel within 14 days of that charge, we will refund it in full — no hassle. This applies to your first payment and to renewals, including annual renewals. We would always rather give you your money back than leave you stuck with a charge you did not want. To request a refund, contact us at support@tallyapplications.com.
Charges older than 14 days are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop future renewals — cancellation stops your next charge, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We also email you before your trial converts and before each renewal, so you are never surprised by a charge.
If you subscribed inside our iPhone app, your purchase was processed by Apple, and refunds for those purchases are handled by Apple under their policies. Please request a refund through your Apple account. We are not able to issue refunds for App Store purchases directly.
